The cottage has recently been refurbished to a very high standard with the
emphasis on comfort and quality, and sleeps four adults / family.

The cottage comprises twin and double bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room,
a well appointed kitchen, and a large relaxing lounge and separate dining room.

The cottage is fully centrally heated and there are no additional heating or
electricity costs.

There is private parking for one vehicle on site and private parking for additional
vehicles within 50 metres. There is an enclosed rear garden and open front
garden.

The cottage is located just 250m from the centre of Tintagel and just 30m
