Lounge

The large lounge with its beamed ceiling, half timbered panelled walls, stone wall chimney and fireplace is
furnished with two comfortable modern settees and window seat. For your relaxation there is a 28" widescreen
TV complimented by a DVD player.

Bedrooms

The well furnished upstairs bedrooms consist of one twin and one double room. The dual aspect large double room
has countryside views with beamed ceilings, wood flooring and built in wardrobe. It boasts a king size bed complimented
with dresser and bedside tables. The twin room has two single beds a wardrobe, dresser and bedside tables. The room
also has a portable TV and playstation console for the children. All bedding, pillows and towels are provided at no
extra charge.

Dining room

The large dining room with its beamed ceiling, half timbered panelled walls and natural stone fireplace is furnished with a
large oak dinning table and four leather chairs.

Bathrooms

The large fully tiled bathroom with beamed ceilings and wood floor comprises a luxury bathroom suite comprising of a large
roll top free-standing bath with telephone shower, pedestal wash basin and toilet.

The second bathroom with its beamed ceiling and wood floor comprises a shower cubicle, hand wash basin and toilet.

Kitchen

The dual aspect kitchen with fitted cabinets and tiled floor is extremely well equipped and has a very practical layout.
There is a Range Master double oven with ceramic hob, cooker hood, microwave, built in fridge, washing machine,
tumble dryer and Belfast sink. Ample crockery and cutlery are provided.

Outside

The lawned rear garden area is enclosed and accommodates a washing line and garden furniture,
it is the ideal place to have your BBQ. There is also a hardstand parking area for one vehicle.
The front garden is lawned with a pathway leading to the front door.

There is additional private parking within 50 metres.

Bookings are direct with us. There are no third party additional booking fee's
or added agency commission's.

We regret that due to insurance constraints no pets or smoking are permitted
in the cottage.
